projects as they move from proposal to invoicing; prioritize projects with
design and technical departments to ensure completion dates are met;

Contracts and Grants Financial Management
Provided financial input to Contract Manager on thirteen DoD contracts/grants;
maintaining monthly spreadsheets analyzing burn rates for each
contract/grant; providing suggestions on budget structure and changes as
needed; handling procurement against all contracts/grants to ensure funds
are available; pulling together quotes and all other information from all
participants and assisting in proposed budgeting; writing biographies for
key people that will be working on the contract/grant; compiling, editing
